How it works
The NCDXF/IARU network consists of 18 beacons transmitting in sequence on 5 HF bands. Each beacon transmits for 10 seconds on each band (14.100, 18.110, 21.150, 24.930, 28.200 kHz).
The complete cycle lasts 3 minutes. At any moment, 5 beacons transmit simultaneously, one per band. If you receive a beacon, that band is open in that direction.
